We have reached the oldest, traditional recipes used by our grandmothers and great-grandmothers and created a unique new brand of products. Marinated mushrooms, more specifically bay boletes, are a pride and decoration of Polish cuisine for centuries. Importantly, bay boletes from the Bucholskie Forest come from uncontaminated areas. They are rich in carbohydrates, enzymes, mineral salts, calcium, phosphorus, iron, as well as vitamins D and B. That's why we chose this area to create these exceptional mortars. We don’t add any preservatives or flavor enhancers during production, Thanks to this our marinated bay boletes have unique taste qualities. First of all, we focus on the quality of our products and our marinated mushrooms are perfect as a snack, for salads or baked meat.
