ECO Chanterelles from Forest Undergrowth Marinated Chanterelles

Chanterelles are valued for their aroma, flavor, hardness and crunchiness of fruiting bodies.
They are an excellent source of vitamin A in the form of carotene (that is why they are orange), as well as significant amounts of vitamins B1 and B2. Other vitamins, including C, are found in trace amounts.
Chanterelles are also a source of protein (intermediate between animal and vegetable proteins).
Chanterelles occur in both deciduous and coniferous forests. In our products we use only selected mushrooms - the highest quality - from forests in which no chemicals were used for at least 3 years. Thanks to this, we are sure that our marinated chanterelles are fully natural and healthy.
Ecological marinated chanterelles have been prepared to satisfy the most demanding fans of the forest floor.
