Honey is the real essence of the gifts of Masurian nature, obtained from sage, raspberry, St. John's wort, delicacy is added by nectar from linden trees, aroma is the participation of field chamomile and forest herbs. Taste, however, owes to nectar from cornflower.
It is characterized by a large proportion of deciduous honeydew from linden and oak trees. The location of the apiary in the immediate vicinity of the Polish-Russian border allows the bees to benefit from the specific forest-meadow ecosystem. Forest vegetation provides bees with nectar and honeydew resources, and meadow nectar from honey plants in mid-forest meadows of this subregion.
It has a positive effect on respiratory diseases, colds, improves the body's resistance and regulates metabolism.
Honey comes from apiaries located in the picturesque areas of Warmia and Mazury. These are ecologically clean areas, located far from industrial centers.
Characteristic climatic conditions, cleanliness of the surrounding meadows, forests and fields guarantee the taste, color and consistency of our honeys.
