ECO Sauerkraut with Forest Mushrooms

A sauerkraut with a lot of aromatic mushrooms from Polish forests is an excellent base for preparing traditional Polish dishes such as bigos, Christmas ears or dumplings. Ideally also suitable as a stuffing for croquettes or patties.
Sauerkraut with forest mushrooms contains a lot of vitamins, including a solid dose of vitamin C. We find in it a significant amount of vitamin B12 - needed to maintain the freshness of mind, good mood, resistance to stress, good functioning of the brain and nerves, iron absorption, construction of red cells blood, for cell growth and bone structure.
It does not contain vinegar or any artificial preservatives, and its ingredients come from organic crops.
